摘要
维护国家文化安全,必须首先科学认识和处理文化民族性与时代性、先进性与多样性的辩证关系。文化的民族性与时代性关系的实质是文化问题上古、今、中、外的关系,要古为今用,洋为中用,批判继承,综合创新;而在文化的先进性与多样性关系上,必须反对文化相对主义对文化进化论两种错误倾向,实现先进性与多样性的统一。
To protect the national cuhural security, we must fully understand and effectively handle the dialectical relationship among cultural nationality, the times, euhural advancement and cultural diversity, of which the essence of the relation between cultural nationality and the times is about dealing with the inheritance and development of national euhure, and as to the relation between cultural advancement and diversity, we must go against the two wrong tendencies, cultural relativism and euhural Darwinism.
