污泥机械脱水与热干化脱水的经济性比较 被引量:11

Economic Comparison between Sludge Mechanical Dewatering and Sludge Thermal Drying

摘要 某石油化工企业污水处理厂的污泥脱水设备主要为卧螺沉降离心机和螺压机,脱水污泥含水率分别在85%以下和90%左右。通过分析该污水厂污泥机械脱水和热干化脱水的运行成本,得到含水率为99%的稀泥浆采用卧螺沉降离心机脱水时,运行成本仅为3.68元/m3分离水;而采用热干化脱水时,运行成本为330.85元/m3蒸发水。因此,选择污泥热干化减量处理时,首先要采用高效率的污泥脱水机,尽量在机械脱水阶段去除更多的水,这对后续控制污泥干化处理规模、投资和运行成本具有指导意义。 Horizontal screw decanter centrifuge and screw press dewaterer are applied for sludge dewatering in wastewater treatment plant of a petrochemical enterprise. The dewatered sludge moisture rates are less than 85% and about 90% respectively. Running costs of sludge mechanical dewatering and sludge thermal drying were analyzed. The results found that for dilute slurry with water content of 99%, the running cost of horizontal screw decanter centrifuge was only 3.68 yuan/m3 separation water, while the running cost of sludge thermal drying was 330. 85 yuan/m3 evaporation water. Therefore, before sludge thermal drying, the high-efficiency dewaterer should be used to remove more water from sludge, highlighting the importance for instruction on control of sludge drying treatment scale, investment and running cost.
