摘要
民办高校管理职能部门肩负着学校管理与发展的重任,但现有的管理与考核模式不能很好地挖掘员工的潜力,调动他们的积极性,进而制约了学校的发展。针对高校现有绩效考核模式的不科学和不合理,指出推行绩效管理有利于促进部门和个人绩效的持续提升,有利于促进管理和服务流程优化,有利于促进管理职能部门管理目标的实现,进而提出基于MBO和BSC构建民办高校管理职能部门的绩效管理体系。
The administration departments in non-governmental institutions of higher learning shoulder the important task of university management and development. The existing management and assessment mode cannot excavate employees' full potentials and mobilize their enthusiasm, which restricts the development of the universities. For the existing unscientific and irrational per- formance appraisal model, this paper points out that the implementation of performance management helps to promote the continu- ous improvement of departmental and individual performance, and the optimization of the management and service process. It also helps to promote the management goals of the administration departments. It finally proposes the development of MBO and BSC based performance management system for the administration departments in non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
