摘要
目的:观察仙鹿消癖胶囊对实验性乳腺增生小鼠的作用及作用机制。方法:采用苯甲酸雌二醇腹腔注射复制乳腺增生模型,观察仙鹿消癖胶囊对乳腺增生小鼠血清E2、P含量的变化及下丘脑神经递质DA、MAO含量的影响。结果:仙鹿消癖胶囊中、高剂量组能降低E2含量,升高P含量,上调下丘脑神经递质DA含量,抑制MAO的含量。结论:仙鹿消癖胶囊通过影响乳腺增生小鼠血清E2、P含量及下丘脑DA、MAO含量而从整体上调整下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴,治疗乳腺增生。
Objective:To observe the effect of Xianlu Xiaopi capsules on cyclomastopathy in rats and its mechanism. Meth- ods All unpregnancy female Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group ( group 1 ), model group ( group 2 ), tamoxifen group ( group 3 ), and high - dose, mid - close and low - dose Shugantongluo Formula group. The rat model of cyclomastopathy was established by injecting benzoate estradiol and progestogen intramuscularly for 30 days. The histo- morphological changes of mmmnmy glands, uterus and ovary, and the quantity and diameter of mammary lobule and alve- olus were observed. The serum levels of estradiol (E2 ), progesterone (P), Head issuing grave neurotransmitter dopamine (DA) , Monoamine oxidase ( MAO ) the influence of the content in mammary glanas were detected. Results:In high group of Xianlu Xiaopi capsules, the serum E2 level was decreased with a significant difference. The level of P was increased with a significant difference compared with model group. Raise head issueing grave neurotransmitter DA content, inhibit the content of MAO . Conclusion:Xianlu Xiaopi capsules have a therapeutic effect on cyclomastopathy in rats through af- fecting mammary gland hyperplasia mice Serum E2, P content and head issueing grave DA, MAO content and from the whole adjustment hypothalamus - pituitary - adrenal axis ovarian, treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.
