摘要
针对机械设备智能控制中,存在着信号延迟,信号控制准确性不高的问题。提出一种基于微电子传感弱信号转换的机械智能控制技术,以传感器采集外界的控制目标信号,运用多重小波转换技术,对微电子传感信号进行有效的转换和识别。并在设计的分类器下测试各类特征的分类效果。实验表明,该方法能够提高控制的准确性,消除延迟。
Mechanical equipment for intelligent control,there exist signal delay,signal control accuracy is not high.Is proposed based on a weak signal conversion of microelectronics sensing mechanical intelligent control technology,with sensors to collect outside control target signal,respectively is acquisition module,the display module,storage module,the frequency domain analysis module,feature extraction module and pattern recognition modules,which feature extraction modules including emg signals of the generalized dimension,multifractal spectrum,small potter for time domain and basic characteristics,and in the design of the classifier tested under all kinds of characteristics of the classification results.The experiment shows that the method can improve the accuracy of the control,eliminate delay.
