摘要
有元一代,不仅间或出现投下与位下、投下与各枝儿的混用或叠用,元后期"爱马"及其汉译"各枝儿"在怯薛内外的频繁使用与混存,也是不争的事实。在元世祖朝"头项"改作"投下"用以指称五户丝食邑等的第一次变化之后,"爱马"、"各枝儿"在怯薛内部的局部使用和时而指谓昔宝赤等怯薛分支,则是其在元后期的第二次较大变化。"爱马"及其汉译"各枝儿"延伸进皇帝大怯薛内之际,已明显在"具有血缘关系的亲属群体"、"贵族那颜所属军民集团"等基本含义的基础上,偏向"部"、"集团"、"支系"等衍生义,从而和爱马本义及前期涵义有所变异了。
This paper gives an incisive analysis of such terms as“Aima” and “Gezhi＇er” used by the Qiexue Army in the late period of the Yuan dynasty and traces their historical development and extension in meaning as well as their different uses in different historical periods.
