摘要
随着我国经济社会的发展,越来越多的企业将KPI应用于企业的绩效管理中。KPI是把对绩效的评估简化为对几个关键指标的考核,将关键指标当作评估的标准。通过对国际矿业公司并购的海外子公司的典型特性分析,运用鱼骨法获取关键指标,得出母公司对子公司的KPI监控指标体系,并说明在国际矿业公司并购整合中KPI的运作流程,步骤一:母公司战略规划;步骤二:境外项目并购及子公司境外项目KPI指标体系监控;步骤三:境外项目信息收集平台构建;步骤四:母公司对子公司监管。
With the development of our country's social economy,more and more enterprises is applying KPI,Key Performance Indicator,in enterprise performance management.The term 'key performance indicators' refers to measurable metrics that are used to evaluate the performance of a company.They are not,however,just any measure of performance;because they are 'key' performance indicators,they represent only the most important measures of a company's performance.Through analysis on the typical characteristics of the international mining companies mergers and acquisitions overseas subsidiaries,and using the fishbone method for the key index,the KPI monitoring index system of parent company to subsidiary company can be obtained;the operational processes of KPI in mergers & acquisitions and integration of international mining companies are explained.This paper introduces the steps,these are: 1.the strategic planning of parent company;2.merger and acquisition of overseas project,and KPI index system monitoring on overseas projects of subsidiary;3.building information collection platform for overseas project;4.the managing control of parent company to subsidiary company.
