摘要 随着时间、环境的不断变化及企业技术创新能力的进一步要求,现有的技术创新能力已逐渐不能满足企业技术新的要求,技术创新能力更新成为企业在新的要求下的一种能力行为,从企业竞争与发展的角度出发,对其绩效进行客观评价是一项极为复杂的系统工程。本文在AHP的基础上构建了一个两阶段的企业技术创新能力更新绩效的评价模型,该模型综合DEA法和AHP方法的优点,消除了人为主观的影响,实现了对创新绩效的客观评价,并构建了绩效评价指标给出算例,检验了此方法的统一性和有效性。 Under the change of time and environment and the further requirements of technological innovation competence, technological innovation competence has not been able to meet the new requirements of the enterprise technology. Technological innovation competence renewal becomes a new request. The objective evaluation of its performance is an extremely complex system engineering from the point of view of enterprise competition and development. This article has constructed the two-stage evaluation model of en- terprise entrepreneurial investment performance on the basis of the AHP, the model synthesizing the merits of IDEA and AHP, elimi- nating the artificial subjective influence and evaluates objectively bond market innovation performance, with a practical case computed to examine this method's unity and validity by constructing the performance evaluation index.
