摘要
从产业哲学的角度对战略性新兴产业的基本内涵、主要特征及其发展规律进行哲学研究是十分必要的。战略性新兴产业是通过新兴产业和战略产业优化组合实现的产业创新,主要特征表现为核心技术创新驱动、进口替代市场导向和长期稳定的产业政策扶持。在后危机时代,要抓住产业结构调整优化的契机,以科技创新带动产业创新,正确选择、培育和发展符合国情的战略性新兴产业,使之成为引导未来经济社会发展的重要力量。
It is very necessary to study the basic connotation, main feature and law of development of strategic emerging industries from the perspectives of philosophy of industry. Strategic emerging industries realize industrial innovation through the optimization combination of emerging industry and strategic industry. The main characteristics of strategic emerging industries is the innovation drive of core technology, market orientation of import substitution and industrial policy support of the long-term stability. In the post-crisis era, we should seize the opportunity to adjust and optimize the industrial structure, drive industrial innovation with science and technology innovation. We should select, cultivate and develop correctly strategic emerging industries suitable for the national conditions which become an important force to guide the future economic and social develooment.
