摘要
文化强国战略与文化体制改革背景下,高校社科学术期刊改革与发展面临新的挑战与新的机遇,根据新闻出版总署非时政类报刊体制改革的有关精神,运用SWOT分析方法对新时期财经类学报的现状进行现状分析,并提出相应的对策建议。
Under the backgrounds of the strategy of reinvigorating China through culture and the reform of cultural management reform,university social science academic journals reform and development are facing new challenges and new opportunities.According to relevant regulations on non-current affairs newspaper and periodical presses issued by the General Administration of Press and Publication（GAPP）,this paper analyzes the present situation of finance and economics journals at new era with the method of SWOT,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
