摘要
编辑组织公民行为是指编辑自发表现出的一种超越角色标准以外的主动、积极、正面、尽职、利他的行为。这种行为不仅有益于学报编辑职业角色的履行,更有助于组织效能及适应能力的提升。这种"好编辑"行为的发生与编辑自身的修养有关,也与组织的管理方式密切相关。编辑部领导应基于信任、尊重和共享愿景的基础上,通过培养开放、安全的组织文化、赋予编辑处理权与自主权、加强组织公平等措施激发编辑的组织公民行为。
Journal editor' s organizational citizenship behavior refers to the discretionary, external-role behavior that is active, positive, altruistic and standing to editor' s duty. This kind of behavior is not only beneficial for the fulfillment of editor' s professional role, but also helpful to promote the effective functioning of the organization and adaptation. The occurrence of "the good editor" behavior is related with editor' s personal cultivation, also with the mode of management of the organization. On the basis of trust, respect and shared vision, through the cultivation of open and safe organizational culture, heads of the editorial department should take such measures as giving editors discretionary power and more autonomy, strengthening the organizational equity, and so on, so as to stimulate editor' s organizational citizenship behavior.
