摘要
建立了化妆品中金属硫蛋白的毛细管电泳检测方法。使用50cm×75μm毛细管,12.5mmol/L磷酸缓冲液(PB)+75mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),缓冲液pH值为8.4,在200nm波长下金属硫蛋白的检出限为2.5mg/L。应用该方法对化妆品中掺入的金属硫蛋白进行了测定,回收率在112%~122%之间。
A method for the determination of metallothionein in cosmetics was established by capillary electro-phoresis with ultraviolet detector. A kind of 50μm i.d. X 50 cm uncoated fused-silica capillaries was used. A kind of 12.5 mM/L phosphate buffer (pH 8.4) with 75 mM/L SDS was selected as the separation buffer and 200 nm was set as the detection wave length. The detection limit was 2.5 μg/mL in buffer.
