摘要
人的需要是思想政治教育中不可回避的问题。从这种意义上来说,高校学生管理工作坚持以人为本,其本质就是要以满足学生的需要为根本。合理运用马斯洛的需要层次理论,可以促使我们准确把握大学生需要变化的规律,有针对性地选择大学生思想政治教育的对策,增强大学生思想政治教育的实效。
Human need is an unavoidable issue in ideological and political education. In that sense, it is the essence of college student administration to meet the needs of students. Therefore, the effectiveness of college students＇ ideological and political education, as well as the realization of the principles of the change of the college students＇ needs, can be enhanced by properly applying Maslow＇s Hierarchy of Needs, i. e. , by respecting the students＇ physiological needs, safety needs, requirements for love and affection and a sense of belonging, esteem needs, and self--realization needs, and by taking effective countermeasures ac- cordingly in ideological and political education.
