摘要
目的:Ⅶ型胶原酶制作大鼠脑出血模型并评价。方法:Ⅶ型胶原酶立体定向注入大鼠尾壳核,于术后1、3、7d观察大鼠神经行为学、血肿体积及脑组织病理改变。结果:存活大鼠均有神经功能缺损,术后3d最明显;尾壳核有出血灶,术后3d血肿体积最大;血肿及周围脑组织存在典型脑出血后病理改变。结论:Ⅶ型胶原酶制作大鼠脑出血模型是理想的造模方法。
Objective. To evaluate the animal model of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) induced by injection of collagenase type VII into the right basal ganglia in rats. Methods. Collagenase type Ⅶ was injected into the right basal ganglia of rats by stereotatic technique to induce ICH. The neurological symptoms, volume of hematoma and histopathological changes were evaluated at 1, 3 and 7 d after operation. Results. Neurological deficit was found in all the rats with ICH and the neurological deficit score at 3 d was higher than those at 1 and 7 d after operation (P〈0.05). The hematoma volume at 3 d was larger than those at 1 and 7 d after operation (P〈 0.05). Typical histopathological changes of ICH were detected around the hematoma. Conclusion:Collagenase type VII induced ICH in rats is an ideal animal model to mimic the ICH of human.
