摘要
应用因子分析法对造型材料质感意象空间进行结构分析,确定目标意象和材料实验样本在材料质感意象空间的坐标位置。引入目标意象契合度的概念,通过计算与目标造型意象的意象空间距离,获取材质样本满足目标意象的契合度,以此得到符合目标造型意象的最佳材质样本,然后运用数量化理论Ⅰ方法得到目标造型意象与不同材料表面处理工艺的回归关系,其结果可直接作为产品概念设计的参考。以金融机具类产品的开发设计为例,证明了该方法的合理性和可行性。
The image space structure of form texture was revealed, and the position of the target image and the material samples was confirmed in the material image space through a method of factor analysis. A concept of the fitness to the target image was presented herein. The fitness to the target object of texture sample was obtained through computing the distance between them, so that the most fitness texture samples to the target form object can be obtained. Then, the regression relationship a- mong the fitness and different surface crafts was obtained by the method of theory of quantification Ⅰ . It can be used as the reference during product concept design. The reasonableness and feasibility of the method were certified through applying the product development design case of financial machinery.
