摘要
按照国家主体功能规划要求,着眼于软件工程与地理信息系统两个学科的交叉与融合,力图将内蒙古自治区主体功能区划决策过程的关键问题置于GIS环境中开展分析研究,探讨在GIS支持下主体功能区划决策的基本途径和解决方案.通过定量的综合指数法、定性的判别评价法和主导因素法构建内蒙古主体功能区区划模型,并在此基础上,运用arc objects组件库进行二次开发,建立辅助决策系统,尝试划分内蒙古主体功能区.
According to national main body function planning requirements,the key problems in the decision-making process of Inner Mongolia major function oriented zones were analyzed based on combination of software engineering and GIS.Then the basic way and solution to the decision-making of major function oriented zone based on GIS was discussed.The quantity comprehensive index method and quality evaluation method were used to construct the Inner Mongolia major function oriented zoning model.On this basis,the assistant decision system was build by using Arc objects and then the major function region was classified.
