摘要
教师作为班级管理者,在民主与权威之间,往往面临着艰难的困惑与抉择,这也是新旧教育观念冲突下的必然产物。在以人为本和人性化教育理念的引导下,民主式管理日渐成为呼声较高的一种管理方式。但民主管理极易异化成为放松管理、放任自流,不少教师在管理学生方面变得缩手缩脚,形成"师不师,生不生"的现象。在这种情况下,不少教师要求回归权威的管理方式。很多教师在民主与权威之间徘徊,实际上,二者并不是非此即彼的关系,民主与权威,是可以融合在一起的、本质上并不冲突的管理方式,而且两者对于班级管理是缺一不可的,教师应该积极探索将二者完美融合的科学的管理方式。
As the managers of classes,teachers are confused between democracy and authority.It is the result of confliction between new notion and traditional notion.People-oriented education idea leads to democratic management,which is easily turned into loose management.Many teachers are overcautious in management.In such a situation many teachers want to own authority.In fact,they are not paradoxical,instead,they are fused together.They are equally important,so teachers should explore the scientific management style positively.
