摘要
目的为了进一步确定中西医结合疗法治疗冠心病室性早搏的临床疗效,讨论该法治疗冠心病室性早搏的研究进展。方法回顾性分析76例冠心病室性早搏患者的临床治疗资料,根据患者自主选择的治疗方法分为两组:用中西医结合治疗的治疗组42例,单用西医治疗的观察组34例,统计两组患者治疗后心电图改变情况,结合患者临床症状改善情况,计算两种治疗手段的治疗综合有效率(按文中的疗效标准),统计学方法检验两组患者治疗综合有效率的差异是否具有显著意义。结果治疗组42例患者中,心电图有效率为88.1%(5人无效),综合疗效的有效率为85.7%(6人无效);观察组的34例患者中,心电图有效率为73.5%(9人无效),综合疗效的有效率为67.6%(11人无效),两组治疗手段的治疗有效率具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗冠心病室性早搏具有满意的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the progress in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for ventricular premature beat caused by coronary heart disease, and to evaluate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for this disease. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical records of 76 patients with ventricular premature beat caused by coronary heart disease. The patients were divided into treatment group （n = 42 ） to receive integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and observation group （n = 34） to receive Western medicine therapy according to the treatment methods selected on their own. The changes in electrocardiographic findings were statistically analyzed in both groups. Considering the improvement in clinical symptoms, the overall response rates of both groups were calculated according to therapeutic effect criteria and compared statistically. Results Of the 42 patients in the treatment group, 88.1% showed response in electrocardiographic findings, and 85.7% showed overall response. Of the 34 patients in the observation group, 73.5% showed response in electrocardiographic findings, and 67.6% showed overall response. There were significant differences in response rates between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy has good clinical effect in the treatment of ventricular premature beat caused by coronary heart disease.
