肝脏局灶结节性增生的CT和MRI诊断 被引量:8

摘要 肝脏局灶结节性增生(FNH)是常见的肝细胞来源的肝脏良性肿瘤样病变,由正常或接近正常的肝细胞异常排列形成,内可有小胆管,但不与大胆管想通,有库普佛(Kupffer)细胞,但常没有功能。随着多拍螺旋CT及MRI技术的发展和应用,影像学检查对FNH的诊断具有越来越重有的作用,MRI已成为儿科准确诊断的方法。
