摘要
应用于车辆变速箱内的圆锥滚子轴承保持架的窗孔结构设计及质量会导致滚子旋转不灵活的现象,直接影响汽车的运行情况。而模具作为生产保持架的直接设备,设计合理模具结构显得尤其重要。以圆锥滚子轴承(30000)保持架为例,对保持架窗孔结构参数进行设计改进,保证了窗孔结构的合理性,同时设计出一次能完成全部窗孔挤压的压坡模具,提高了保持架窗孔的加工质量,并对模具主要零件参数进行设计计算和间隙校核,有一定的实用意义。
The cage pockets structure design and quality of the tapered roller bearings in the vehicle gearbox lead to phenomenon of roller inflexible rotation,which directly influences the operation of motor vehicles.The mould is a direct equipment of producing the cage,and the reasonable design of the mould structure is especially important.The tapered roller bearing(30000)cage is taken as an example,to improve the cage pockets structure parameter design,and to ensure the cage pockets structure,a kind of mould to finish all pressure slopes of all cage pockets in one-time is designed,improving the cage pockets processing quality,and the main parts of mold will be designed and calculated and clearance check is to provide a good guidance for the actual work.
