摘要
通过对大型圆锥滚子轴承保持架(直径大于220mm)单压坡模具的改进,增强了强度,消除了凹模易裂和模具结构的缺欠,提高了模具可靠性,大大地延长了模具的使用寿命,稳定了产品质量。
Though improvement of the single pressing slope mold of large tapered roller bearing cage(over 220mm diameter),the strength has been enhanced and vulnerable crack of concave mold and lack of mold construction has been eliminated so as to increase reliability and service life of the mold and stabilize product quality.
