栽培措施对半夏产量及质量的影响 被引量:13

摘要 为研究种植密度及肥料施用量对半夏产量及总生物碱含量的影响,为半夏高产优质栽培提供依据,以半夏产量和总生物碱含量为目标,种植密度及有机肥、氮肥、磷肥施用量为研究对象,采用4因子5水平二次回归旋转组合设计方法进行试验。结果表明,在试验4因素中,对半夏块茎鲜产量影响的重要程度依次为种植密度>施P2O5量>施有机肥量>施N量,对半夏总生物碱含量影响的重要程度依次为施有机肥量>施N量>施P2O5量>种植密度;通过对试验4因素与半夏产量间关系的数学模型解析和模拟寻优,并兼顾半夏总生物碱含量积累,提出了半夏块茎鲜产量分别为≥1 300g/m2、≥1 400g/m2和≥1 500g/m2的综合栽培技术措施。 In order to study the effect plant density and amount of fertilizer on yield and total alkaloids content of Pinellia ternate,and to provide basis for high yield and quality cultivation of P.ternate,experiment was conducted in quadratic regression rotation combination design with four factors and five levels,planting density,amount of organic fertilizers,nitrogen fertilizer,and phosphate fertilizer were studied as research objectives,which aimed for yield and total alkaloids content of P.ternate.The results showed that among the four factors,the importance order of effect on fresh tube yield of P.ternate was planting densityapplication amount of P2O5amount of organic fertilizersamount of nitrogen fertilizer.The integrated cultivation measures for fresh yield of P.ternate≥1 300 g/m2,≥1 400 g/m2 and≥1 500 g/m2 were proposed based on the analysis,simulation and optimization of mathematical model for the relationship of the four factors and yield of P.ternate,and the total alkaloids content accumulation were also considered.
