摘要
通过不同栽培密度及有机肥、磷肥施用量对半夏产量和总生物碱含量影响的研究,为制定半夏高产优质栽培措施提供依据。田间采用三因子五水平通用旋转组合设计方法进行试验,半夏总生物碱含量测定采用重量法。栽培措施对半夏产量和总生物碱含量影响的重要程度依次为:栽培密度>施P2O5量>施有机肥量。栽培密度对半夏产量和总生物碱含量的影响最大,其次为磷肥施用量,有机肥施用量较小;在半夏栽培中,密度及有机肥、磷肥施用量应控制在一定合理范围,才有利于半夏产量的提高及其总生物碱含量的积累。
Effect of planting density and fertilizer application on Pinellia ternata yield and total alkaloids was studied in order to provide basis for Pinellia ternata high-yield and good-quality cultivation measure. 3 factors and 5 levels universal rotatory experimental design method was adopted to carry out field trials . Gravimetric method was used to determine total alkaloids ' content. Materialitylevel of cultivation measure ' s effect on Pinellia ternata yield and total alkaloids was: planting density application of P 2 O 5 application of organic fertilizer. Planting density had the biggest influence on Pinellia ternata yield and total alkaloids, followed by application of phosphorus . Application of organic fertilizer had little influence . During Pinellia ternata cultivation, density, application of organic fertilizer and phosphorus should be kept within reasonable limits, which was beneficial to Pinellia ternate yield improvement and total alkaloids accumulation .
