摘要
目的对皮肤病患者的常见致敏原以及相关特点展开临床分析与探讨。方法随机抽取该院在2011年8月—2012年5月间收治的过敏性皮肤病患者病例68例以及同期健康体检者60例作为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附试验对其进行血清吸入性或食入性过敏原检测。并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果统计得出皮肤病组68例患者的血清总IgE抗体的阳性率为92.65%,明显较对照组高,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过敏原同过敏性皮肤病之间存在明显的关系,在临床诊疗过程中应予以注意。
Objective Of skin disease in patients with common allergens and related features to expand the clinical analysis and explore.Methods 60 cases randomly selected patients with allergic skin disease admitted to our hospital between July 2009 July to 2011 cases,68 cases and healthy persons for the same period as the object of study,the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay serum inhaled oringested allergens detection.And test results for statistical analysis.Results The statistical results obtained 68 cases of skin disease group of patients with serum total IgE antibody positive rate was 92.65%,significantly higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Allergens with a clear relationship between allergic skin diseases in clinical diagnosis and treatment process should be.
