摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者的社区管理方案。方法选取在本院管辖区内的2个社区临汾路1513弄和临汾路1320弄,2009年3月本院对临汾路1513弄进行糖尿病患者的社区管理新管理方案试点,设为观察组,同时选取糖尿患者比例相近的临汾路1320弄做为对照组。对照组社区采用传统"有问必答型"社区管理方案,即只当患者出现问题前来询问时才给予患者解决方案。观察组社区采用新社区管理方案。结果观察组社区人口在糖尿病患者发病率、新增患者比例、新增并发症患者比例方面均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组社区满意度高于对照组社区5个百分点(P<0.05)。结论本糖尿病患者的社区管理方案在降低糖尿病发病率、预防并发症等方面效果较好,值得推广。
Objective To investigate community management programs for diabetic patients. Methods The 1513 lane and 1320 lane of Linfen Road administered by jurisdiction of our hospital were selected, 1513 lane of Linfen Road was selected by our hospital in March 2009 as a pilot of community-based management program as observation group, at the same time, patients with diabetes of 1320 lane of Linfen Road were selected as control group. The communities of control group was given traditional ＂insider type＂ community management program that was only given to patients when the patients came to ask when the solution. The communities of observation group was given new community management program. Results The incidence of diabetic patients, the new proportion of patients, adding the proportion of patients with complications the community population in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P 0.05）. The community satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of the control communities for 5 percent （P 0.05）. Conclusion The community-based management program of the diabetic patients has a better effect to reduce the incidence of diabetes and prevent complications, so it is worthy of promotion.
