摘要
为了让糖尿病患者和糖尿病高危人群掌握糖尿病的防治知识,我院开展了3次大型糖尿病健康教育讲座。通过3次健康教育讲座、电话预约和回访,提高了听课人群获得糖尿病知识与技能和建立健康行为的自觉性,实现了减少和延缓糖尿病患者慢性并发症发生、高危人群空腹血糖控制良好的目标。实践证明:健康教育讲座是健康教育的良好方式,对改变人们不良生活习惯,预防糖尿病发生及规范治疗等方面有重要作用。
In order to make diabetics and people at high risk of diabetes grasp diabetes prevention knowledge,our hospital organized three large-scale lectures on diabetes health.These three health education,telephone appointment and return visiting improve audience diabetes knowledge and skills and help them establish consciousness of health behavior.The occurrence of chronic complications of diabetes patients was reduced.Fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators of patients with high risk diabetes were well controlled.Seminars is a good way of health education.It can play an important role to change people's bad habits,prevent diabetes and specify the treatment.
