摘要 目的比较模拟教学与传统教学在诊断学问诊教学中的效果,在诊断学问诊的理论及见习教学中应用情景模拟教学法,以发挥学生主动性,注重培养临床思维,提高学生沟通能力、表达能力、分析能力及解决问题能力。方法选择本校临床医学专业学生,分为两组。对照组采用常规教学模式,实验组采用模拟问诊教学模式。两组相关因素方面无差异,指导老师和基本教学工具相同。结果情景模拟教学可以提升学生的临床问诊技能和语言沟通能力,有效的提升教学质量。结论模拟教学法可以有效激发学生学习积极性和主动性,使学生基本掌握问诊技能,有利于提高医学生的问诊技能及医患沟通能力,在医学教育领域中值得完善、推广。 Objective To compare the effect of simulation teaching and traditional teaching in interrogation teaching of Di- agnostics, and apply the scene simulation teaching method in the theory and apprentice teaching in interrogation teaching of Diagnostics to play the simulation initiative, attention to the cultivation of clinical thinking, and improve the students' communication ability, expression ability, analytical and problem solving ability. Methods Clinical medical students were chosen in our school and divided into two groups. Control group was given the routine teaching mode, while study group was given the simulation interrogation teaching mode. The related factors of two groups had no difference, teacher and basic teaching tools were the same. Results Scene simulation teaching method could promote students' clinical teaching language skills and ability of communicate interrogation, and effectively enhanced the quality of teaching. Conclusion Simulation teaching method can effectively stimulate the students to study with enthusiasm and initiative, and make the students mas- ter the basic skills of interrogation, it is available for improving the medical students' interrogation skills and ability of communicate, and is worthy of consummation and promotion in medical education field.
