摘要
目的探讨本院自制中药三伏贴对小儿冬病呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法对本院就诊的146例患儿进行三伏贴治疗,每年夏季三伏天贴敷,每付1次,每次3～4h,每季3次为1个疗程。对临床症状进行观察和记录。结果 146例患儿中,咳嗽、咳痰、喘息3种临床症状均反映良好,治愈率分别为74.67%、72.95%和61.45%。支气管炎、喘息性支气管炎、支气管哮喘3种病情的患儿总有效率分别为95.24%、95.23%和92.68%。结论三伏贴用于治疗小儿冬病下呼吸道感染安全有效,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To research the clinical efficacy of Sang-Fu-Teh in treatment of paediatric lower respiratory tract infection.Methods One hundred and forty six cases of children were treated with Sang-Fu-Teh in the dog days every summer and each one lasted 3-4 h.Three times in a quarter was a course.Clinical symptoms were observed and record.Results After the treatment,cough,expectoration and wheezing received good results,the cure rates were 74.67%,72.95% and 61.45%.The total effective rate of bronchitis,asthmatic bronchitis and bronchial asthma were 95.24%,95.23%and 92.68%respectively.Conclusion Sang-Fu-Teh in the treatment of paediatric lower respiratory tract infection is safe and effective,it is suitable for extensive application and promotion.
