摘要 3/2接线方式下配置出线隔离开关的输电线路通常会独立配置线路保护装置和短引线保护装置。当操作出线隔离开关以满足系统运行方式要求时,需要人工投退线路保护和短引线保护功能。分析了该接线方式下传统保护配置方案存在的问题,并提出了一种新型线路保护装置的设计方案。新型线路保护装置集成了线路保护和短引线保护功能,结合出线隔离开关的位置信息,自适应地调整保护策略和保护区域。该方案简化了一、二次设计回路,经济性、可靠性更高。 Transmission line configurated with line disconnector in 3/2 connection mode usually may be independently equipped both line protection and stub protection. The line protection and stub protection should be enable/disable manually while the line disconnector is operated for different system operating modes. The disadvantages such as high complexity and low reliability of traditional configuration for 3/2 connection are analyzed, and a new design of line protection is presented. Line protection and stub protection are integrated in the new design and the strategy and zone of protection can be adjusted automatically through acquiring the position of line disconnector. The primary circuit and second circuit are simplified for this design with higher economy and reliability.
