国际大都市旅游产业结构多目标优化模型构建与实证研究——基于优化上海旅游产业结构的视角 被引量:11

摘要 国际大都市旅游产业结构优化问题是我国旅游产业发展实践与理论研究的重要问题。在充分考虑国际大都市旅游产业结构优化的内外部约束条件基础上,综合运用投入产出模型、多目标规划、线性规划等理论方法,探索构建三种目标情景下的国际大都市旅游产业结构多目标优化模型,并以上海为例进行实证研究。研究结论表明模型具有科学性及可行性,国际大都市旅游产业结构优化是在都市特定条件下进行的,优化目标直接决定旅游产业结构,现阶段上海旅游产业发展目标为兼顾旅游经济发展最大化与旅游就业最大化,但更倾向于旅游就业最大化,上海旅游产业结构优化在节能减排方面还有较大的提升潜力。 The issue of international metropolis tourism industrial structure optimization is a key issue with the development practice and theoretical research of the tourism industry in China. Give full consideration to the internal and external constraints, with integrated inputoutput model, multiobjective planning method, linear programming theories, a multiobjective optimization model with three objective scenarios was explored, and an empirical research taking Shanghai for example was conducted in this paper. The conclusions show that the model is scientific and feasible, and the optimization of international metropolis tourism industrial structure is under urban conditions, and optimization objectives directly determine the structure. Shanghai tourism industry development objectives are not only tourism economic development maximization, but also tourism employment maximization, but more inclined to the latter one at the present stage. Shanghai tourism industrial structure optimization has upgrade potential in energysaving and emissionreduction.
