摘要
研究了一种过共晶铝硅合金的复合细化变质剂 ,具有同时细化初晶硅和变质共晶硅的良好效果 ,变质处理的过共晶铝硅合金中的块状初晶硅最大尺寸和杆状共晶硅长度尺寸均小于 10 0 μm 。
A kind of composite modification agent for hypereutectic Al Si alloy refinement has been developed. It has a good effect on refining both primary crystal Si and eutectic Si.Both the biggest size of massive primary silicon phase and length of bar eutectic silicon phase are below 100 μm in hypereutectic Al Si alloy after being modified. As a result,the mechanical properties of refined alloy exceed those of all other hypereutectic Al Si alloy with the same composition in domestic and foreign countries.
