摘要
目的分析该院门诊处方退药的原因,尽量减少退药情况的发生。方法对2011年全年处方退药的原因进行统计、分析。结果全年内共调配门诊处方764512张,其中退药处方1449张(0.19%)。退药的原因包括不良反应、患者要求、收费原因、药物禁忌、重复开药、患者住院。结论医院应加强合理用药指导,减少不良反应,提高服务质量,降低门诊处方药物退药率。
Objective To analyse the cause of outpatient prescription drugs repercussion and reduee the occurrence of drug repercussion cases. Methods The outpatient prescriptions of our hospital during 2011 were analysed with statistical method. Results 764512 outpatient prescriptions were deployed throughout the year, including 1449 drug repercussion pre- scription (0.19%). The cause of prescription drugs return included adverse reactions, patients require, charge reason, drug taboo, repeat prescriptions and hospitalization. Conclusion We should strengthen the guidance of rational use of drugs, reduce adverse reactions and improve the service quality to reduce the ratio of drug repercussion in outpatient service.
