摘要
以一个制造商和一个零售商的两阶段供应链为对象,研究了随机需求下考虑制造商产能约束且制造商占主导地位时,制造商的定价策略和零售商的订货策略,以及产能约束和市场需求波动分别对制造商和零售商的影响。建立了相应的决策模型,并求得了其最优解。得到当制造商最大产能达到临界产能时,产能约束对制造商、零售商以及整个供应链都不产生影响;当制造商最大产能小于临界产能时,制造商会提高批发价,零售商会降低订货量,制造商利润、零售商期望利润以及整个供应链的期望利润都减小。
Taking a two-stage supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a retailer as the object,when the manufacturer has capacity constraints and is dominant under random demand,this paper studies the manufacturer 's optimal pricing policy,the retailer 's optimal ordering policy,and the effect of capacity constraints and fluctuation in market demand making on the manufacturer and the retailer respectively.Corresponding decision models are established and the optimal solutions are obtained.It is derived that when the manufacturer 's maximum production capacity reaches the threshold,the manufacturer,the retailer and the entire supply chain all are not affected by the capacity constraints;when the manufacturer 's maximum production capacity is smaller than the threshold,the manufacturer raises the wholesale price,the retailer reduces the order quantity,and the manufacturer 's profit,the retailer 's expected profit and the expected profit of entire supply chain all decrease.
