摘要 关节镜对关节内疾病的诊断和治疗产生了革命性的影响,有人将关节镜技术与骨折内固定、人工关节置换并称为20世纪骨科领域的三大重要进展。交叉韧带在膝关节的稳定中起到了很重要的作用,越早期的重建不仅可以恢复关节原有的应力强度,还可以防止关节软骨、半月板的继发性损伤。因此交叉韧带损伤的修复重建一直是骨科和运动创伤领域的重要研究课题。目前国内外在移植替代物的选择、隧道定位对移植物的影响、
