摘要
目的探讨认知干预对斜视手术患儿心理状态及护理满意度韵影响。方法将我院80例斜视矫正的手术的患儿分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强认知干预,比较两组的患儿的护理效果及家长的护理满意度。结果观察组配合程度、血压、心率的稳定程度、护理质量满意度显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。且观察组术日的焦虑呈现显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论认知干预有利于提高斜视患儿的手术配合程度,降低焦虑反应,保证手术顺利完成。
Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive intervention on the psychological status and nursing satisfaction in children with strabismus operation. Methods Totally 80 children with strabismus operation were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given routine nursing, the obervation group was enhanced cognitive intervention on the basis of the control group, two groups were compared with children's satisfaction and nursing care effects. Results Blood pressure, heart rate, parents'satisfaction degree on nursing quality in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . And anxiety in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Cognitive intervention is helpful to improve the cooperation degree of children with strabismus operation, decrease anxiety reaction, ensure the operation completed successfully.
