摘要
目的利用PASS合理用药审查系统监控我院门诊医嘱,以提高门诊合理用药水平。方法统计2011年PASS合理用药审查系统显示黑灯及红灯警告医嘱,并对数据进行分析。结果共监测到黑灯警告医嘱278条,红灯警告医嘱14602条,并且黑灯及红灯警告医嘱修改率均在58%以上。警告类型上黑灯警告主要是儿童警告及药物相互作用两类;红灯警告主要是剂量审查、药物相互作用及给药途径监测等三种类型。结论 PASS合理用药审查系统对我院用药的合理性起到了有力的事前干预作用,但PASS合理用药审查系统本身尚存在一定局限性,需进一步维护及完善。
Objective Using the Prescription Automatic Screening System（PASS） to monitor medical orders for out-patient and to improve the rationality of drug use.Methods To statistics and analysis the annual outpatient prescription of 2011 monitored by PASS with black and red light warnings.Results 278 medical orders were warned in black lights by PASS,including child warning and drug interactions;and 14602 medical orders were warned in red lights,including drug dosage,drug interactions and drug administration.All of the warned orders above,58% were modified.Conclusion PASS can effectively monitor the irrational drug use in medical orders.However,PASS should be further improved for the limitation of the function.
