摘要
目的 探讨多层面教学方法(3D+RFR)在培养护理专科实习生临床沟通能力中的效果。方法 采用方便抽样方法,将2008年来我院儿科实习的80名高职护理专业学生按随机原则分为对照组和试验组,对试验组的学生在采用常规带教方法的基础上实施3D+RFR培训,对对照组的学生采用常规带教方法进行培训,实习结束时由带教教师对两组学生的护患沟通能力进行评价与比较。结果 试验组学生沟通能力优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 3D+RFR培训对提高学生的护患沟通意识与能力有较大的帮助。
Objective To explore the effects of multi-level teaching methods(3D+RFR) on the training of nursing interns' clinical communication skills.Methods Using convenience sampling method,80 nursing interns practiced in the department of Pediatrics in 2008 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Nursing students in the control group were trained with routine teaching method for clinical practice,while nursing students in the experimental group were trained with routine teaching method combined with the implementation of "3D+RFR" training.The nurse-patient communication abilities of the nursing students in the two groups were evaluated and compared by the teachers.Results The level of communication ability of the students in the experiment group was higher than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The "3D+RFR" training is helpful to enhance nursing students' awareness and ability of nurse-patient communication.
