摘要
高水平的研究生教育是美国高等教育的特征之一。笔者以切身经历就美国研究生教育对我国研究生创新能力培养的启示展开讨论,认为以课题为导向的研究性学习、以问题为基础的学术交流、多学科交叉的互动合作和开展国际交流与合作对现阶段我国医学研究生创新能力培养具有重要意义。
Abstract： High level of postgraduate education is one of characteristics of higher education in the U.S. According to the author＇s experience, this paperr discusses how to train postgraduates＇ innovative ability in medical science in our country based on postgraduate education in the U. S. Conclusions include that project guided exploring study, problem based academic exchange, multidisciplinary collaboration and international academic exchange and collaboration are of significantly importance for improving innovative ability of postgraduates in medical science in our country at present period.
