摘要
承接传统人工窖泥培养,从老窖泥中分离培养己酸菌,按照己酸菌生长繁殖条件,结合黄粘土的理化分析按需添加营养物质,合理设计窖泥配比。结合华北地区气候、水质条件,设计合理方案进行针对性窖池养护。
Followed traditional culture methods of manmade pit mud, caproic acid bacteria were isolated from aged pit mud and then cultured. Nutrients were added during the culture process and rational pit mud formula was designed according to the growth and reproduction conditions of caproic acid bacteria in combination with physical and chemical analysis of yellow clay. In view of the climate and water quality in North Chi- na, a reasonable scheme for pits maintenance was designed in this study.
