摘要
医疗安全管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,体系的构建是医疗安全管理的核心。本文以医疗安全预警/防范管理模式的建立为目标,阐述了医疗安全管理体系的构成。同时结合医院实践,从动态、静态管理体系两个方面讨论了如何构建有效的医疗安全管理体系,从而确保医疗服务质量的提升。
Medical safety management is an important part of hospital management and the construction of the safety management system is the core of medical safety management.This paper elaborates on the composition of the medical safety management system for the establishment of the medical safety warning and prevention management mode.Both static and dynamic management systems are discussed in the building of an effective medical safety management system for the enhancement of the quality of medical services.
