摘要
手术安全是医疗质量的重要环节之一。参考WHO相关文件,结合我国实际,制定《手术安全检查表》,分为《手术安全核对表》和《手术风险评估表》。实践证明,其降低了手术风险,确保了手术安全。
The surgical safety is an important part of one of the quality of medical care. Reference to WHO relevant documents, based on the actual development of our country, ＂Surgical Safety Checklist＂, classified as ＂surgical safety checklist＂ and ＂surgical risk assessment form. ＂ Practice has proved that the decrease of patient risk, ensuring safe surgery.
