摘要
以2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑为原料,经氯代频呐酮取代,溴代、硫脲环合得到中间体,再与一系列芳香醛和亚膦酸酯反应合成了7种目标化合物,并用元素分析、质谱和核磁共振氢谱对化合物进行了表征,生物活性实验证明,该类化合物10mg/L表现出较好的生长素活性和细胞分裂素活性。
Seven new bis-thiadiazloe-ureas derived from 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole, 1,3-dibromopropane and acyl azides were synthesized and characterized by their physical constants, elementary analysis, IR, MS and 1 H NMR. The results of biological activity tests showed that they all had activity on plant growth hormone and auxin at the concentration of 10mg/L.
