摘要
采用离子色谱法进行茶叶中氟化物、溴化物含量同时测定的研究,试验了提取液、提取温度、提取时间等影响因子对提取过程中氟和溴提取效率的影响。在优化的提取条件下,氟离子的方法检出限为1mg/kg,线性范围为(1-10μg/mL;溴离子的方法检出限为:50mg/kg,线性范围为0-100μg/mL。本方法快速灵敏,精密度高,选择性好。
The simultaneous quantitative analysis of fluoride and bromide in tea by ion chromatography was studied. The effect of extraction solution, extraction temperature and extraction time to the extraction rate of fluoride and bromide in tea was discussed. In the optimized experimental conditions, Determination limit of fluoride and bromide were 1 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg respectively. Linear range of fluoride was between 0 and 10μg/mL, bromide between 0 and 100μg/mL. The method offered fast operation, good reproducibility, high sensitivity and accuracy.
