摘要
"渗碳—温挤"成形技术是近年来有代表性的一种齿轮加工方法,用于硬齿面齿轮的加工,不仅具有材料利用率高、生产率高的优点,还克服了齿轮传统成形工艺中存在的弊端,得到满足齿轮工作特性要求的渗层,大大提高了齿轮的使用性能。
"Carburizing - warm extrusion" forming technology is a representative way of gear machining in recent years . For hardened tooth surface gear cutting, it not only has high material utilization, high production efficiency, but also overcomes the disadvantages of traditional forming technology of gear, the better carburized layer which meet the requirements of working characteristics can be obtained, the performance of gear is improved greatly.
