摘要 由于自体骨移植和异体骨移植的各种限制,采用骨替代材料修复骨缺损是近年来研究的热点。珍珠层位于贝壳的最内层,由有机质支架包绕文石型碳酸钙构成。许多研究发现其在构造和力学强度上与皮质骨相似。珍珠层在大量的体内和体外实验中,表现出良好的生物相容性、生物活性和生物降解性,通过骨传导和骨诱导机制,促进新骨形成。现就珍珠层与成骨相关的的研究进展进行综述。 Due to various limitations of autogenous bone graft and allograft,using bone graft substitute materials to repair bone defect has become the focus in the field in recent years.Nacre is the inner layer of shells,which is composed of aragonite on an organic matrix scaffold.Many studies have found that the structure and mechanical strength of nacre are similar with cortical bone.Nacre represent good biocompatibility,bioactivity and biodegradability in vitro and in vivo,promoting new bone formation through osteoconductive and osteoinductive mechanisms.Here is to make a review on the research progress of osteogenisis of nacre.
