摘要
目的观察地佐辛用于无痛肠镜的麻醉效果与不良反应。方法将120例无痛肠镜检查患者,随机分为地佐辛组(D组)和芬太尼组(F组),D组静脉注射地佐辛0.1μg/kg,F组静脉注射芬太尼1μg/kg,两组均复合丙泊酚完成麻醉。观察麻醉前、肠镜入结肠脾曲、检查结束、清醒时的心率、脉搏氧饱和度、平均动脉压变化;观察并记录体动例数、苏醒时间、苏醒后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Ramsay评分及呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐、头晕头痛等不良反应发生情况。结果地佐辛组与芬太尼组体动发生率、苏醒时间、VAS评分、Ramsay评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);地佐辛组呼吸抑制发生率明显低于芬太尼组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛应用于无痛肠镜麻醉安全有效,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the anesthetic effects and adverse reactions of dezocine on painless colonoscopy.Methods One hundred and twenty patients underwent painless colonoscopy were randomly divided into dezocine group(group D) and fentanyl group(group F).Dezocine 0.1 μg/kg was intravenously infused in group D,fentanyl 1 μg/kg was intravenously infused in group F.Both groups were completed combined with propofol anesthesia.The changes of HR,SpO2,MAP before anesthesia,after completion of the examination,checking ending,awake were observed;Body moving cases,wake up time,visual analog score(VAS),Ramsay score and respiratory depression,nausea,vomiting,dizziness,headaches,and other adverse reactions were observed and recorded.Results The incidence of body moving,wake up time,VAS score,Ramsay scores has no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05);The respiratory depression rate in Dezocin group was significantly lower than that in fentanyl Group(P0.05).Conclusion Dezocine for painless colonoscopy anaesthesia is safe and effective,and has fewer adverse reactions.
