摘要
岗位设置是我国公立医院改革的重要内容,是收入分配制度改革的前提和重要基础,也是完善医务人员职称评定制度及实行岗位绩效工资的需要。拟根据有关研究及医院首次岗位设置情况对未来3年岗位需求进行测算和分析,以期为改进岗位设置工作提供借鉴。
Post establishment is the important content of public hospital reform, the precondition of the income dis- tribution system reform, and the need of perfecting appraisal system of medical staffs' professional-title evaluation and post performance salary. The professional technical posts in the coming 3 years are measured and analyzed under the background of the first post establishment, in order to provide references for relevant work improvement.
