摘要
未成年被害人兼具双重弱者身份,抵御外界侵犯及自我修复创伤能力相对薄弱,刑事侵害留下的阴影将严重影响其人生道路,但司法实践却缺少相应的规定与制度保护被害少年的权益。探讨构建针对未成年被害人的立体化救助制度,解决这一困惑,具有实践意义。
Juvenile victims have double weak identities. Their abilities of resisting the external infringement and self - repairing are comparatively weak, and the shadows of criminal infringement would severely influence their life. However, there are not so many regulations or systems of protecting the rights of juvenile victims in judicial practice. The Paper aims to solve the problem through studying on the construction of the stereoscopic relief system of juvenile victim.
