摘要
在广电网络双向建设过程中,必须有针对性地开展双向业务,主动融入农村基层公共管理建设,满足农民文化生活需求,创新基层公共管理方式,提升公共服务能力,提高广电网络服务民生、服务经济社会发展的能力。针对基层农村公共管理需要,结合当前广电的双向业务,提出基于广电网络服务农村基层公共管理需求的一些设想。
During the two-way process of building of the Radio and Television Networks, how to implement the two-way business by well direction, to initiatively integrate into the setup of rural public management, to meet the culture life of peasants, to innovate the method of basic public management, to improve public service a- bility, to improve the capability of serving people and contributing to the developing of society economy. In terms of rural public management needs by combining with two-way business of radio and television, this arti- cle brings up some assumption of serving rural public management needs by Radio and Television Networks.
