摘要
以往农村基层公共管理的重点主要放在经济发展层面,而忽视政治、文化、教育等意识形态方面,造成很多地区出现其他公共生活方面跟不上经济发展的步伐的情况。随着我国的经济发展,农村基层领导开始重视公共生活建设,改变管理逻辑,调整管理制度。论文将从农村基层公共生活出发,探究适应发展步伐的管理逻辑和治理绩效,为促进农村全面发展做贡献。
In the past,the focus of rural grass-roots public management was mainly on the economic development,but neglected the political,cultural,educational and other ideological aspects,which has made other aspects of public life in many areas can not keep up with the pace of economic development.With the development of China's economy,rural grass-roots leaders has begun to attach importance to the construction of public life,change the management logic,and adjust the management system.Starting from the rural grass-roots public life,this paper will explore the management logic and governance performance to adapt to the development pace,and make contributions to promoting the overall development of rural areas.
